We also need you to fill out our adopter page so we know more about you and your home.The reason you are receiving this is for your protection , ours, and especially the dogs.Our responsibilities: To attempt to find a great forever home. To repay foster home for shipping unless otherwise stated before being received by foster. To help with medical costs that are not covered by corgi aid or in our budget.
Your responsibilities: To cover food costs and any other everyday costs that have not been discussed or approved with Meagan. To drive the dog to vet and any other needed appointments. To provide above adequate care and to help rehabilitate and get the dog in your care ready for their new forever home.
Your Option: To have first choice on adopting your foster but with the understanding that you will have to cover any costs that are covered by rescue. To contact rescue at anytime to relinquish the dog back into rescues care. To deny any dog that you do not feel comfortable with or have concerns about.
Please understand we just want to make sure everyone is on the same page.
